The 3 Sectional Staff is one of the most versatile weapons within the martial arts, but is also on of the most difficult to master. Our Foam Three Sectional Staff offers students a softer training alternative. It features 3 pieces of PVC that are covered in foam. Each segment is approximately 1.25" in diameter, 22" in length and attached with a high performance ball bearing swivel.
