The CenturyBody Shield makes an excellent training aid. Its smooth striking surface is made with a reinforced 18 oz. vinyl cover, over a dense compressed foam. This construction allows for greater impact resistance. The Body Shield is tough enough to withstand repeated blows and still retain its shape. The holder has a choice of secure grips, including two on the back and one on each side.
